We work room by room over several sessions so the process never becomes overwhelming. For moves and downsizes we sort before you pack — which means you pay to move only what you are keeping, and unpacking lands into a system rather than a pile.

2. In-home session
We sort together, category by category. You decide what stays; we keep the momentum going and handle the heavy lifting, sorting and hauling.
3. Systems & handover
Storage is set up and labelled, donations are boxed and — where you'd like — dropped off, and we walk you through how to keep the system running.

We don't work from fixed packages. A single pantry and a four-bedroom whole-home reset are very different jobs, so every project is quoted to your home after a free discovery call.
